Hey there Readers: Today I'm going to be talking about beauty and health, and tell you some of the things I do daily to help me feel and look my best.
Now I know that there are so many different products out there for many different things. I've tried a lot of different things in the past. Some things worked great, some things were pretty much a waste of money, but I've learned what works for me so I'm going to start with what I do from inside out first. First thing I do for my skin is take pills. I had a problem with acne in the past, so my dermatologist gave me this medicine called Spironolactone. They're these little white pills that I take twice a day. I usually take 2 in the am and then 1 in the pm. I love them! They keep my skin clear, nothing has ever worked this good for my skin before. The problem I have is hormonal and in order to treat hormonal acne you need oral medication. I know first hand how horrible having acne is, because I've been there before. It affects so much of your life and the way you feel about yourself. I'm so happy that I found something that works for me, because when I look my best I feel wonderful about myself. I feel like I could do anything. Another thing I do is take vitamins. I take a one a day for women, it's actually the gummy kinds cause they taste really good. I also have been taking One Source for beauty. It's really good for your hair, skin and nails. It makes your hair stronger, your nails grow faster, and your skin healthier. I also try to drink a lot of water everyday. I drink Almond milk instead of whole milk, (whole milk is really bad for you) and I try to eat healthy overall. I mean every once in a while you have to treat yourself with a cupcake, chocolate, or ice cream, but honestly when I eat better I feel healthier, I have more energy, and I just feel great all together. I also work out 3 days a week. I work out my legs, stomach and arms. My boyfriend is really into health and working out. So he's been kind of like my personal trainer. He's shown me different exercises to do and how to do them. Sometimes we work out together which is nice. I always keep my nails looking nice and painted. Just because I feel prettier when my nails are painted. My fingers never match my toes because I like to be different. Beside I usually can't chose just one color that I like.
