Friday is Valentines day so in honor of one of my favorite holidays I put together a list of things for couples to do on that day. If you don't already have plans check it out. There might be something on there that could be a lot of fun for both of you. Something you maybe haven't done yet. Because its winter time there's a lot of things that are not weather friendly to do because its so cold out. Luckily all the things on this list are all perfect to do in the winter time. Number 1. Spend the day at an arcade. Head to a Dave and Busters and spend the day with your sweetie playing video games, shooting hoops, playing air hockey, and racing cars. Have a bet going to see who can win the most tickets. Stop and eat lunch then play some more. You can even play pool or get your picture taken with the big photo booths they have there. You will have so much fun, you won't want to leave. Number 2. Head to a local winery. Spend the day wine tasting. There are even places where you can make your own wine. If you are really into wine this is the perfect date for you. Sample cheeses and crackers. Take a tour through the winery. It's a different kind of date but it's it's nice to do new things together. Number 3. One of my favorite places that I've spend the whole day and really enjoyed was at Medieval Times. It was so much fun. It was entertaining and exciting. The show was amazing and the food was really good too. They have a huge gift shop and even a dungeon of torture. You both will have a great time. Number 4. Head to the nearest aquarium. Spend the day walking through the aquarium admiring the fish and sea animals. It's a really romantic way to spend the day. Take plenty of pictures together. Every couple should visit the aquarium at least once. Number 5. New York for the day. Take the train to NY. Spend the day walking through the park. Go see a show, go shopping in all their amazing stores, take pictures together. I went to New York for the day last year with my boyfriend, and it was a great day. I had a great time and so will you. Number 6. Take off on a hot air ballon ride. I have been wanting to do this forever. I just think it would be a lot of fun and I'm so up for trying something new, something I've never done before. So why not try something new, something you've never done before. Number 7. Hit the lanes at the bowling alley. Play some games together. Give each other funny bowling names. Stop and have a drink and snack then bowl some more. It's a proven fact that doing activities bring couples closer together. Number 8. Head to a museum. You can go to the art museum, and spend the day admiring different works of art. Run up the steps of the art museum and pretend you're Rocky. It will be a day to remember. Number 9. A lot of people like to go out to dinner on Valentines day. Some people like to go the the movies. I say why not put the two together and go to a dine in move theatre? The seats are bigger, they take your order before the movie begins then bring you your food while you're watching the movie. It's a must do. Number 10. Have a game night. Order in pizza, and spend the evening play board games, card games. video games etc. this is very inexpensive and trust me you guys will have a great night. Number 11. Head to the zoo for the day. Take pictures, and visit all the different animals around the zoo. The zoo is a must do date for every couple. Number 12. Go Ice skating. Lace up the skates and take some laps around the rink together. Stop and grab some hot chocolate. This is the perfect winter date. Number 13. Casino. Try your luck at a local casino. Play the slots or even watch the races. Best of luck if you end up going there. You want to leave there a winner. There's nothing more exciting then winning lots of money. Number 14. Last but not least if you are looking to go away for the weekend head to a ski lodge. Spend the weekend skiing/snowboarding together. It's a great way to spend the holiday. Whatever you guys end up doing I hope you all have a great Valentines day together. Have fun, try something different together, and whatever you do enjoy each other. Be happy. Be in love. Happy Valentines day.:)

With Valentine's day coming up so soon I thought I'd make a little list of things for all my single gals out there. Now you may be a little bummed that you don't have a special someone this year, but don't let that stop you from having a great day. Valentines day isn't just for couples, it's a perfect day to treat yourself to things that you normally don't get the chance to do. Number 1) Go get your nails done. Whether its a mani or pedi or both its a very relaxing experience and you will leave there feeling like a hundred bucks.:) Number 2) Go out for breakfast. What a great way to start your day! Meet a friend at a local diner and order yourself a nice big meal of eggs, pancakes, bacon, hash browns, waffles, whatever you like. :) Number 3) Let the baking begin! Take out the mixers and put on your oven mitts. It's time to bake some treats. Head to your nearest grocery store and get some cupcake or cookie mix. You can give these to your friends, family or just keep them for yourself.:) Number 4) Treat yourself to a movie. You can go with your friends or even solo and see that movie you've been dying to see. Make sure to buy yourself some popcorn and soda to enjoy as you take in your choice of film.:) Number 5) Take yourself on a shopping spree. Buy yourself something new. Hit up all your favorite stores. Buy that dress you've been eyeing for weeks, or those new heels. This is your day, live a little.:) Number 6) Head to the spa. Nothing makes you feel more pampered then getting a massage/facial. You will leave there feeling beautiful and fresh.:) Number 7) Spend some time at the good old gym. Working out gives you energy and confidence. Take a class you haven't tried yet. Push yourself, but do it for you.:) Hope you all have a wonderful valentines day! Take care xoxo❤ |
