These cookies are so delicious and have a very unique taste to them. I made them for Thanksgiving and everyone loved them even my 2 year old nephew who is an extremely picky eater was going back for more.
To to make these cookies you will need: 1 cup of pretzels 1 cup of chocolate chips 1 cup of butterscotch chips 3 cups of flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup butter (soft) 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1 egg 1 egg yolk 2 tsp vanilla extract Preheat oven for 350 degrees and whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl combine butter, brown sugar and white sugar with a mixer. Beat in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Slowly pour in dry ingredients a little at a time and mix until completely combined. Mix in pretzels, butterscotch chips and chocolate chips.Grease a baking pan. Take a spoon and spoon out the dough onto the pan about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy:)

Hello my awesome readers! I'm writing an awesome recipe post that is all about what you can make with apples. Since it's Fall I thought this would be the perfect time to go apple picking which I did only now I'm almost out of apples so I have to go get more next week but here are three different apple recipes you can try at home so I hope you enjoy.:) This is the first and easiest recipe to make. All you need is four apples chopped up, 3/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon. Mix everything together in a sauce pan and cook over the stove for about 15-20 mins. After it cools down mash it up with a fork and put it in a container in the fridge. I'm so proud of the way this turned out! There's lots of different ways you can make apple pie but here's how I did it.. I took five apples chopped up and then mixed them up in a bowl with 1/4 cup cinnamon, 1/4 cup flour, 1 and 1/2 cups sugar, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Now I made my own pie crust but if you want to buy one at the store to make it a little easier on yourself by all means go for it! Anyways I put the pie crust over the pan filled it with the apple mixture and covered it with the dough. I forked the sides together and made five cuts with my knife around the middle. I then baked it for 30 mins. Reduced the heat to 350 degrees and then baked it for another 30 mins. It was delish! You will need four apples chopped up, two oranges chopped up, three cinnamon sticks, a pinch of whole gloves, 1/2 cup sugar, four cups water, two tsp vanilla extract. First take your apples, oranges, cinnamon, gloves and wrap them up in a cheese cloth and tie shut. Put into crock pot with water and sugar cook for 3 hours then with a masher mash up the fruit and strain into strainer then add the vanilla.:) I hope you guys enjoyed these recipes and try them out if you feel in the mood.:) and have a great week! To make pulled pork Dr. Pepper you will need:
A slow cooker 2-3 lbs of pork roast 1 onion Cajun seasoning 2 cans of Dr. Pepper Barbecue sauce Buns First thing you do is cut up your onion and line it on the bottom of your slow cooker. Next you take your pork roast and sprinkle a good amount of your Cajun seasoning on one side. Flip in over into the slow cooker and sprinkle the same amount of seasoning on the other side. Next you pour in your 2 cans of Dr. Pepper into the slow cooker. Then you cook in for 7-8 hours at the last half hour pour 1 cup of barbecue sauce into the cooker, stir and cook for the last 30 minutes. When its cooked you take it out of the cooker, onto a bun, add any other topping you want and enjoy!!:) I can tell you right now it's worth a try.:) What you will need:
1 cup flour 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 cup milk Boneless skinless chicken breast 1 cup veggie oil 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce 1/4 cup melted butter tortilla shells (soft) lettuce shredded cheese blue cheese salad dressing. Directions: In a shallow bowl combine flour, salt, and pepper. Place milk in another shallow bowl. dip chicken into milk then into the flour mixture. In a large skillet cook chicken in oil for 4-5 minutes on each side, then drain chicken with paper towels. Cut chicken into strips. in a small bowl mix together hot sauce and butter. Dip chicken strips into mixture then place in the middle of tortilla shells. Top with lettuce, and cheese. drizzle with blue cheese dressing. Enjoy:) You will need:
1 box of macaroni and cheese with small pasta shells. 1 can of black beans (15oz) drained. 1 can of nacho cheese soup (11oz) or if you can't find that just get 1 can of nacho cheese like I did. 1/3 cup of milk. 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips. 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Directions: Cook macaroni and cheese as directed on box then mix that in with your black beans in one bowl. in another bowl combine your nacho cheese and milk then stir that into your macaroni mixture. Transfer into a greased baking dish. cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle chips and shredded cheese on top. bake for 5-10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.:) Enjoy:) You will need lobster tails. They are usually $9.99 per tail. Salt, pepper, paprika, and butter. Using a very strong pair of scissors, cut a straight line down the back of each lobster tail. Then pull out the meat and lay it on top of the shell. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tin foil over a cooking rack then place lobster tails on top. Melt your butter and pour a good amount over the meat of the tails. Then sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook for 12-15 minutes. And enjoy.:) Throwing a party, or going to one? Having people over to watch the game and need a snack to offer them? This dip is easy to make and very tasty. What you will need: 1. One packet of taco seasoning, 2. One container of cream cheese whipped, 3. One container of sour cream. (Size of containers of cream cheese and sour cream depending on how much you want to make.) 4. Toppings of your choice: lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, black olives, green peppers (chopped). In a medium size bowl mix together sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning. Place in pan and top with your choice of toppings. Refrigerate and serve with chips. Enjoy.:) Best cheese burgers I've ever had hands down, and very easy to make. All you need is 1lb ground beef, 1 can French onion soup, cheese slices, and hamburger buns. Take your 1lb beef and mold it into four or five burgers. Cook on top of the stove until burgers are cooked all the way through. Remove from pan. Pour soup into pan bring to a boil. Put burgers back into the pan and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Place cheese on top of burgers until they melt. Serve them in buns. Enjoy:) What you will need: 1. Lasagna noodles 2. Ricotta cheese (30oz) 3. One jar of spaghetti sauce (24oz) 5. One bag mozzerella cheese. 6. Parsley flakes. Directions: first boil a big pot over the stove to soften the lasagna noodles. In a medium size bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, parm cheese, 1/4 cup of water and half a bag of mozzerella cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and mix in. Here are some pictures on how to layer it in case I confused you:) In a glass cooking dish spread and layer of spaghetti sauce+ lasagna noodles on top + the cheese mixture on top of that + plus sprinkles of the rest of your mozzerella cheese and repeat until you can't fix any more in dish. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 30 minutes:) and enjoy:) I love this recipe because for one: it's really easy to make. Two: you only need 5 ingredients to make it. And three: it's really yummy:)
2. First you will need to cook your pasta over the stove according to the package directions. Next take a large saucepan and mix in your chili, tomato sauce, ketchup, and chili powder. Then drain your pasta, add it to your chili and top with cheese:) |
