Hey there my wonderful readers! Welcome to the weekend! Yay! I had a great week. The weather has been great, I got to celebrate Easter with my boyfriend and his family, and I'm excited about walking in the march of dimes this Sunday. Last Saturday started out great. I got up bright and early and stopped at Starbucks and got myself a treat. Next I headed to the nail place and got my fingers and toes done for Easter.:) Later on that night Kevin and I went on a double date with Robin and Shawn to the bowling ally. On Sunday I made jello cookies for the first time ever and they came out pretty good. Everyone really liked them too.:) We went to Kevin's grandmas this year to celebrate Easter. It was a lot of fun. I love spending time with his family.:) On Monday one of the parents brought in these cute little peep s'more things for everyone. It has been so long since I had a s'more and I love s'mores! I must remember to do this next year for my friends. Tuesday night I made a yummy chicken potato, bacon casserole which turned out really good.:) My one co-workers birthday is on Monday so after she left today I spend the rest of the afternoon making her a happy birthday sign and setting up this thumb print tree that I made with the kids durning the week.:) That's all for now. Enjoy your weekend! Have fun! Be safe! And go out and do something!:)

Hey there readers.:) welcome to Friday and what a Good Friday it is. I had a great day. It was nice and easy, I got some good news at work, and I even got done a little earlier. I'm excited for the weekend because its Easter on Sunday. I look forward to all the holidays because I enjoy being around family, having a nice meal, and doing traditions. Last weekend was so nice! The weather was perfect! I went to the car wash on Sunday morning and cleaned my car inside and out. My car was disgusting, and it was way over due for some TLC. I went through the car wash which was pretty cool. It was the perfect thing to do on and warm day. Plus I got to wear my flip flops and a summer dress which made me really happy.:) After the car wash Robin and I went to Red Robin for lunch. I got freckled lemonade, and a crispy chicken salad. Since we are walking in the March of Dimes next weekend Robin and I made our own shirts to wear. We made the foot prints with the side if our hands and fingers.👣 On Tuesday night I made this cornbread chili bake and watched the season finale of Dance Moms. The bake was good, but next time I think I'll add more chili. Wednesday I got an Easter donut from dunkin donut. It wasn't as pretty as it looked on TV, but it tasted good. Last night I made chicken and wild rice which turned out really good. Last time I made it it was kind of dry. So this time I tried something new. I cooked the rice in the microwave before I baked it in the oven and it turned out better. I hope you guys have a great weekend and a wonderful Easter/Passover!:) see you next Friday:) Hey there readers! Happy TGIF!!! This week was kind of boring for me because all last week my boyfriend and I were watching every episode of The Game Of Thrones to get caught up for the new season, and now I have run out of episodes to watch so I have to wait every Sunday night to see a new one. I'm seriously about to start watching the first season over again tonight! That's how much I'm craving to watch it. It's my new obsession. Anyways lets get to the favorites... Saturday was a lazy day. It was rainning, I didn't feel like doing anything, the only thing I did was go food shopping and then went home and watched Game Of Thrones.:) On Sunday when the weather was actually nice out Kevin and I went out to breakfast at Denny's. I ordered the Fit slam which is white eggs with spinach, and tomatoes, along with an English muffin, turkey bacon and a fruit cup. After that we went for a nice walk in a near by park. It was so beautiful out, not a cloud in the sky. I just has to get out of the apartment. Now that its getting warmer I really want to do stuff outside more. On Monday I made pierogies with sweet potatoes inside. To me pierogies are like raviolis without the sauce. I love eating anything that consist of pasta,or bread. That's the good stuff.:) On Wednesday my day was made by a funny link Kevin put up on my page. You see in Game Of Thrones one of the character's calls her husband "my sun and stars" so just to be corny and get on my boyfriend's nerves, I've been calling him "my sun and stars" all week. So he put this up on my wall. If you want to watch the video just go to YouTube and type in "Jim gag". :D I laugh every time I watch it. If you're a fan of Dumb and dumber you will get it right away. On Thursday I stopped by my moms for breakfast and my niece was there so before work and did her hair.:) I hope you guys have a great weekend and ill see you next week!:) Hey there readers and welcome back from another long work week. This week I had to say good-bye to something that I look forward to every Sunday night, The Walking Dead. I have to wait til October to see it again.:( but last weekend my boyfriend introduced me to another great show The Game Of Thrones. We have been watching episodes of it all week we are now in the middle of season 3. Season 4 starts this Sunday night I'm really excited because one of the things that I look forward to every week is watching shows that I really like. You should have something to look forward to everyday. Even if its something small like that. Having things to look forward to makes life better. :) Last Saturday it was rainy and cold and wet outside but I still wanted to get frozen yogurt so after Kevin and I went food shopping I made a quick stop to yogurtland for a nice little treat. If eating frozen yogurt on a rainy day is wrong then I don't want to be right. Saturday we also went to my dads house to celebrate his birthday. Kevin wore his duck dynasty shirt with uncle Si on the back which was a big hit. lol.:) On Sunday night I made shrimp stir fry for dinner but I couldn't eat it because I wasn't really that great last weekend, but I've made it before so I know it taste good. There's actually a video of me making it if you look on my Facebook page.:) On Wednesday I went into work late so my mom invited me over for breakfast. I'm usually the one doing all the cooking/baking so its nice to have someone cook for me every once in a while.:) Thursday night my sister Heather finally had her son Joseph. He is so cute, and I'm very happy and excited to have a new little nephew.:) Congrats to Heather and Joe on their second child!:) I hope you guys all have a great, fun weekend! I hope you all have stuff to look forward to doing. And I will see you next week.:)❤ |
