What you will need:
1 cup flour 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 cup milk Boneless skinless chicken breast 1 cup veggie oil 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce 1/4 cup melted butter tortilla shells (soft) lettuce shredded cheese blue cheese salad dressing. Directions: In a shallow bowl combine flour, salt, and pepper. Place milk in another shallow bowl. dip chicken into milk then into the flour mixture. In a large skillet cook chicken in oil for 4-5 minutes on each side, then drain chicken with paper towels. Cut chicken into strips. in a small bowl mix together hot sauce and butter. Dip chicken strips into mixture then place in the middle of tortilla shells. Top with lettuce, and cheese. drizzle with blue cheese dressing. Enjoy:)

You will need:
1 box of macaroni and cheese with small pasta shells. 1 can of black beans (15oz) drained. 1 can of nacho cheese soup (11oz) or if you can't find that just get 1 can of nacho cheese like I did. 1/3 cup of milk. 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips. 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Directions: Cook macaroni and cheese as directed on box then mix that in with your black beans in one bowl. in another bowl combine your nacho cheese and milk then stir that into your macaroni mixture. Transfer into a greased baking dish. cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle chips and shredded cheese on top. bake for 5-10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.:) Enjoy:) |
