Ingredients: There are very few ingredients needed to make this yummy meal what you will need is: 6oz of apricot preserves One package of dry onion soup mix One bottle of thousand island dressing One box of white rice Chicken (Any kind of chicken part you want I usually do breast) directions: First preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then in a large bowl mix the apricot, onion soup mix, and the whole bottle of thousand island dressing together. In a glass cooking dish place your chicken. Pour the mix over the chicken. Put it in the oven and cook for one hour. Now when the hour is almost up, when it gets down to like 15 minutes left that's when I start to make the side stuff. I heat up the white rice in the marcowave. I just follow what it says on the box. I will heat up some type of veggie. and sometimes I make dinner rolls too. I just put them in the oven next to the chicken and time it so that they are done when the chicken is done. I hope you guys enjoy this yummy chicken recipe! and if you do try To make Root Beer Chicken you will need:
