You will need lobster tails. They are usually $9.99 per tail. Salt, pepper, paprika, and butter. Using a very strong pair of scissors, cut a straight line down the back of each lobster tail. Then pull out the meat and lay it on top of the shell. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tin foil over a cooking rack then place lobster tails on top. Melt your butter and pour a good amount over the meat of the tails. Then sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook for 12-15 minutes. And enjoy.:)
